Admission Process

Obtain prospectus & application form online or collect directly from our Kargil campus office.

Submit Documents

Attach your 10th/12th marks cards, domicile certificate, medical fitness certificate, and passport photos.

Review & Counseling

Attend document verification & introductory counseling session with the academic selection committee.

Seat Confirmation

Receive formal admission allotment letter and submit initial term fee to confirm your enrollment.

Important Guidelines & Notes

  1. Non-Refundable Fees: All academic and registration fees once paid are strictly non-refundable.
  2. Late Charges: Students must pay the scheduled fees on time. Late payments will attract additional charges as per guidelines.
  3. Mandatory Uniform: Proper institutional uniform compliance is mandatory for all students.
  4. Exam Charges: Annual/semester examination fees are charged separately as per University, State Board, or Paramedical Council norms.
  5. Clinical Charges: Clinical training charges are applicable separately as per hospital, university, or council requirements.
  6. Extra-Curricular Fees: Activity fees are charged occasionally as determined by management from time to time.
  7. Scholarships Limit: Eligible students can avail of only one government/institutional scholarship at any given time.

Admission FAQs

When does the admission process start?
Admissions typically open in May–June for the next academic session (August start). However, some programs may have rolling admissions. Contact us to confirm current availability.
Is there an entrance examination?
For some programs, an internal entrance test or personal counselling may be conducted. This will be communicated at the time of application. For most programs, merit in 10+2 is the primary criterion.
Can I apply for multiple programs simultaneously?
You can express interest in multiple programs, but you must ultimately enroll in only one program per academic year. Our counselors will help you choose the best fit.
Is there a management or NRI quota?
Please contact our admissions office directly to inquire about quota availability. All admissions strictly follow SNC and Ladakh University regulations.
